Small Group 3-1 Training

  • Share the cost of 1-2-1 premiums & get solid results with an expert coach!
  • The sole difference between small group training 3-1 & 1-2-1 personal training is that these sessions are 3-1; 3 clients to 1 coach.
  • This means that you will be sharing your coaches knowledge with your associates in the same time frame, but you will still be working on your own personal goals & targets in our private 3-1 coaching studio.
  • This form of training can certainly boost your motivation and keep you pushing hard towards your goals with expert coaching and help every step of the way!

30 minute 1-2-1 session £25

60 Minute 1-2-1 session  £40

Small Group 3-1 Training
