Here at the HIVE we specialise in Functional Fitness preparing you for life & everyday situations! We use movements & methodologies which incorporate multiple muscle groups & multiple energy systems mimicking everyday actions. Our training develops strength, endurance, stability & mobility across the body making us overall more efficient human beings both inside & outside the gym! Compound functional movements form the basis of what we do alongside high end coaching. We teach you how to use your body with good movement patterns allowing for improved synergy ; ask yourself, why would you go to the gym to then sit down on a machine for most of your session? Sadly that right there has indeed become the norm & we want to educate you all on why this is profoundly WRONG!

Day 1: You Take The First Step with us at the Hive

Day 2: Meet A Coach & Work Through Our Introduction To Functional Fitness At The Hive

You’ll meet with one of our highly qualified, inspirational coaches for 2 hours and be guided through our Hive Functional Fitness Group Training introduction process! This will allow you to learn and understand all of the fundamental movements required for class & it will get you up to speed on safe group training class participation.

Day 3: You’ve Completed Your Introduction! Now Its Time To Get Into Class & Meet Your Community!

Once you have completed your introduction session with your coach, you will qualify to take part in Hive Functional Fitness programmed group training classes. We focus on delivering a varied, FUN and exciting class program and environment with varied intensities for you to meet your personal needs, goals & targets. Remember, to balance your training, your work & and your life – together we can work out what’s best for you & get you to a FITTER & HAPPIER YOU! As a community we help each other every step of the way!

Day 4: Togethter We Start Your Journey To A Healthier, Fitter & Happier You!

We enjoy our steps to FITNESS in every group training class, we develop, we train, we learn & we GROW. Success & results are inevitable.
