Day 2: Meet A Coach & Work Through Our Introduction To Functional Fitness At The Hive
You’ll meet with one of our highly qualified, inspirational coaches for 2 hours and be guided through our Hive Functional Fitness Group Training introduction process! This will allow you to learn and understand all of the fundamental movements required for class & it will get you up to speed on safe group training class participation.DAY2
Day 3: You’ve Completed Your Introduction! Now Its Time To Get Into Class & Meet Your Community!
Once you have completed your introduction session with your coach, you will qualify to take part in Hive Functional Fitness programmed group training classes. We focus on delivering a varied, FUN and exciting class program and environment with varied intensities for you to meet your personal needs, goals & targets. Remember, to balance your training, your work & and your life – together we can work out what’s best for you & get you to a FITTER & HAPPIER YOU! As a community we help each other every step of the way!DAY3
Day 4: Togethter We Start Your Journey To A Healthier, Fitter & Happier You!
We’ve helped you learn the fundamentals of being fit & we’ve helped you learn the fundamentals of being Functional whilst exercising in both a safe & FUN manner. Now; we get to work! We enjoy our steps to FITNESS in every group training class, we develop, we train, we learn & we GROW. Success & results are inevitable. Our coaches & our community will be with you every step of the way to congratulate you! Now; LETS GO!DAY4
Day 90: 90 Days Of Structured Fitness Programming With Hive Functional Fitness – What To Expect?
By coming to our group training classes you’ve learned, and accomplished things that you never thought you could possibly do!
